By using toysoccercup.com, the Toy Soccer Cup game and its apps, you accept these terms. They're common sense, but do read them: it's quick.
Toy Soccer Cup is a free tabletop football game for the browser, Android and iPhone, paid for by advertising. It can also be played on other gaming sites, which have their own terms too. We try to keep it available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, improvements or reasons beyond our control. The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove features.
Your guest Club is saved on this device. Link it using the Google or Apple methods available in the game. If a method belongs to another Club, the game asks you to choose before recovering it; rankings are not merged. Check synchronisation before deleting data. Manage access and deletion in account options; never share credentials or private codes.
The game is suitable for children. If you are a minor, use the Service with your parents' or guardians' knowledge. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number (see the privacy policy).
Nicknames and club names may not contain offensive language or personal data, or impersonate anyone. They are filtered automatically, and we may rename or reset any that get through. Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating the game or interfering with the Service or with other players is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Coins, stickers, cups, shirts and the other items in the game are virtual: you earn them by playing, they can't be bought or sold for real money, they have no value outside the game, and they are neither refundable nor transferable. We may adjust the game's economy (prices and rewards) to keep it balanced.
On supported apps, No ads is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play or App Store. It removes between-match ads and grants the benefits of video actions without watching. The game shop’s own waiting times remain. The game displays availability, price, status and purchase restoration.
Entering the Weekly Cup is free. Its prizes are in-game coins and, for the champion, that week's badge: never money or physical prizes. Places left empty are filled with bot teams, and a player who doesn't play their match is knocked out. We may adjust the schedule, the rules and the prizes. The champion's nickname and avatar are shown in the Hall of Fame.
The Service shows third-party ads: banners, full-screen ads between matches, and reward videos that play only if you choose to watch them. Which ads and rewards are available can vary by region and inventory.
The game, its code, art, music, texts and the name "Toy Soccer Cup" belong to their authors. You may play, and take screenshots and videos of the game (we love it!), but not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the game or its assets without permission. The game's teams and leagues are fictional, inspired by world football, and don't represent real brands.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost progress caused by clearing your device's data without keeping your account code, by device failures, or by causes beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
This edition starts a new Club progression. It keeps compatible identity and ranking, device preferences and the No ads purchase; other previous progress starts from this edition’s initial values. The game explains the change when you enter.
