A small project with a very big stadium inside.
Toy Soccer Cup was born from a memory: tabletop football with figurines, fingers as boots and goals that toppled with the shot. We wanted to bring that feeling — the click of the figure, the rolling ball, the golden cup — to the browser without losing its toy soul: that's why the players are pawns with a base, the stadium looks like a model in a bedroom, and the crowd is a stand of little figures that rises when you score.
We are a small, independent team. Each of the 57 league cups, each of the 625 album stickers and each of the 750 avatars is designed one by one. The game grows almost every week with new ideas — many from the players themselves — and you can follow every step on the news page.
Toy Soccer Cup is built so a child can play alone with peace of mind and an adult can check it in two minutes: no free chat, multilingual child-safe nickname filter, no personal data, fair-play rules on the pitch (the referee calls fouls, the mercy rule prevents humiliating thrashings) and a difficulty that supports rather than frustrates. The tech is HTML5 and WebGL: nothing to install, nothing to configure.
The game is free and supported by advertising. We prefer voluntary ads — you choose to watch them for rewards — and we never sell advantages for real money: on the pitch, fingers rule, not wallets.
