❓ Frequently asked questions

Everything parents and playground stars ask us.

Is Toy Soccer Cup free?

Yes, completely. It plays free in the browser. The game is supported by ads: some appear between screens and others are voluntary (you choose to watch them in exchange for rewards like sticker packs or league entries). There are no real-money purchases.

Do I need to download or install anything?

No. It works directly in your phone, tablet or computer browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox…). You go to toysoccercup.com/play and you're already playing.

What ages is it for?

It's designed for kids from around 6 and for the whole family. There's no violence, no free chat between players, and nicknames pass a child filter in several languages.

Is it safe for kids to play online?

Yes. In online mode there's no free text chat: communication is limited to plays and celebrations. No personal data is requested or shown, and offensive nicknames are blocked automatically.

Do I have to create an account?

No. On entry we suggest an available nickname (you can change it or roll the die for another) and you start playing. No email, no password, no forms.

How is my progress saved?

Automatically on your device after every action, plus your nickname keeps a copy on our ranking server: if you return from the same browser, everything is where you left it.

Can I play on mobile?

Yes, and it's where the slingshot feels best. The interface is built for touch screens, and the "pull back from anywhere" gesture keeps your finger from covering the play.

When does the Daily Challenge change?

The challenge changes with your device's calendar day: each calendar day has its minigame, the same for the whole world. You get one try a day — don't waste it!

What is the Weekly Cup?

A knockout tournament that runs every week: sign-up Monday to Wednesday (32 places, first come first served), then one tie a day from Thursday to Sunday. You play against your rival’s trained team, moved by the AI, so you never have to be online at the same time. Level on aggregate goes to penalties, and the champion gets a badge that is never issued again.

Do I have to train a club to play?

No. The club is entirely optional: you can play the 57 leagues, quick matches, two-player and online duels without ever opening that screen. Training only counts towards the Weekly Cup, it costs coins you earn in-game, and it can never be bought with real money.

What languages is the game in?

Eight: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Turkish and Russian. The game detects your device language and you can change it in Settings.

What are coins? Can I buy them?

Coins are earned by playing (matches, challenges, daily rewards, achievements) and spent inside the game: entering big leagues, sticker packs, training your club… They can't be bought with real money.

Can I play offline?

Modes against the machine work even if your connection drops mid-match. For multiplayer, rankings and ghost duels you need to be online.

I found a bug or have an idea. Where do I write?

On the contact page you'll find our email. We read everything, and good ideas end up in the game faster than you'd think (check the news page…).
